Children of all ages are invited to hunt for Easter treats, enter the Annual Easter Bonnet Contest, and have their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny! Adults- don't forget to enter the traditional "Egg Toss"!

Did you know you are more likely to encounter someone in your life in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack? You can help them. Mental Health First Aid teaches a 5-step action plan to offer initial help to someone, learn how to react, know the symptoms and know the resources in the community. 8 hour course. Lunch provided. MAD HATTER TEA PARTY
Join us for our first ever Mad Hatter Tea Party! Kids, grab your Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas, Grandpas and friends and get your tickets early. You will enjoy tea, lunch, treats, a craft, and entertainment. All proceeds from this event benefit the Senior Services Lawn Programs and the Teen Council Community Garden. Tickets must be purchased at the Community Center by May 2nd.

ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF LIFE
Join us for our annual Celebration of Life Memorial Planting where we will add a new plant in memory of family and friends who are no longer with us. We will be placing the name of each person on a piece of paper and adding it to the dirt in which the plant/tree will be planted. This symbol of honor will forever memorialize a loved one. The 10th Annual Paddlepalooza kayak/canoe race and river event is co-sponsored by the City of Auburn Hills and the City of Rochester Hills. The event will take place on an 8-mile stretch of the Clinton River, beginning at Riverside Park in downtown Auburn Hills and ending at the Rivercrest Banquet Center at Avon & Livernois. Event includes a race for seasoned paddlers (canoe and kayak) or an untimed, adventure paddle for individuals to paddle the river…both options include fun on the water, great scenery, wildlife and lots of fresh air! A limited number of canoes and kayaks are available to rent through the AH Community Center. Call 248-370-9353 for information. Pre-registration is advised.

RIVER DAY FISHING DERBY
The 15th Annual River Day Fishing Derby offers youths 16 & under a chance to fish and participate in this free annual contest on the banks of the Clinton River at Riverside Park. Raffle prizes plus River Day t-shirts for all the kids.
