Keep it Clean Program

The Keep it Clean Program is a City of Auburn Hills program designed to keep the city's roadsides, open areas, and parks clean and attractive. Participants "adopt" both of a section of roadside, or an overall section of park or open space to clean up over a two-year period. A minimum of one or two mile stretch of roadside is recommended. The Auburn Hills Household Hazardous Waste Day Collection and Electronic Recycling is a free annual event for Auburn Hills residents to dispose of hazardous waste and unwanted electronic devices. Emeral Ash Borer

The City of Auburn Hills and Oakland County are making serious efforts to prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borers within the City. The county is unde quarntine due to the infestination of the non-native, wood-boring insect. The quartantine prohibits the movement of ash trees or ash wood from Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Macomb, Monroe and Livingston Counties.  Read More...
