Starting on April 1, 2020, Waste Management will be suspending bulk waste (ie furniture, mattresses, etc) and yard waste collection until further notice. For more information, read this notice from Waste Management.
Trash, recycling, and yard waste services in the City of Auburn Hills are mostly handled by Waste Management. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-796-9696.
Commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential (apartment/condo) buildings are responsible for their own solid waste disposal.
Solid waste and recycling materials are picked up weekly. Please have your material containers out on the curb by 7:00am on collection day. Yard waste is collected weekly on the same day as trash pickup from April-November. For more information about trash, recycling, and yard services, use this reference document from WM.
