WATER AND SEWER RATE STRUCTURE
EFFECTIVE 1/1/18


CITY OF AUBURN HILLS WATER AND/OR SEWER CUSTOMERS:
 

Water and Sewer services shall be charged to all users in the City of Auburn Hills-based on the amount of water consumed by the customer as measured by the City's meter located at each respective premises at the below rates:

The following is an increase in rates effective January 1, 2018, as stated in the Fee Schedule approved by City Council.

Water & Sewer COMBINED - Residential and Non-Residential rate:             $.10236/ per cubic foot

Water - Residential and Non-Residential rate:                                                $.05518/ per cubic foot

Sewer - Residential and Non-Residential rate:                                               $.04718/ per cubic foot

Sewer Only - Residential and Non-Residential monthly flat rate:                   $  42.04/ per REU

Irrigation Only rate:                                                                                         $.08163/ per cubic foot

Convert cubic feet into gallons - multiply by 7.48.

Example: 600 cubic feet x 7.48 = 4,488 gallons.
