CORE & TONING
An intense workout for the midsection (muffin top), this class focuses on toning and strengthening the body’s core abdominal and back muscles.  This powerful workout for the “powerhouse” of your body is combined with other exercises which will tone and sculpt other muscles in addition. ZUMBA FITNESS

DIA INSIDE/OUT
Detroit Institute of Arts is installing art reproductions from their collection around Downtown Auburn Hills. They will be located in a walkable “outdoor gallery” from August to October. Self-guided tours are encourages as each piece has a description posted. Watch our Facebook page for details regarding the kick-off event and other pop up events.
The Inside/Out program is funded through a partnership with the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, one of whose goals is to foster the arts.


BUILD A FABULOUS FOOT STOOL
You’ll learn to use nearly every tool in the shop while building a fabulous foot stool by hand!  Expert woodworkers will lead and instruct for every step of the way. Class includes safety certification so you can come back and use the wood shop for your future projects.
