Summer Day Camp

We had a great time at summer camp this year. Check back in early 2018 for all the information you'll need to make your summer plans.

Before & After Care
The Before & After Care program is offered to families who need supervision before and after camp.  The hours for the Before Care are 7:30AM-9AM, and After Care, 4:30PM-6PM.  Families must register prior to using this service.   Auburn Hills Summer Camp leaders will be on duty to greet the children, and enjoy a relaxed time before or after camp.  Enrollment is limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first served basis.

Lunch Buddies
This program is offered to families who need supervision during the lunch hour before afternoon camp starts.  Lunch Buddies will run from 12PM-1PM, please bring a non-refrigerated nut-free lunch.  Our staff will walk children from camp and supervise them while they eat lunch at Civic Center Park Picnic Shelter.  Once lunch is completed our staff will walk children back and get them checked in for afternoon camp.  Families must register prior to using this service.  Enrollment is limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first served basis.

Cub Camp
This program helps prepare children ages 4 & 5 for the upcoming school year by involving them in group activities including cooperative games, physical fitness, arts & craft projects, sports, guest speakers, snack time and more! Camp is held outdoors in CivicCenterPark and moves indoors to the Community Center during inclement weather.  Children should bring a nut-free snack with them (non-refrigerated) and dress appropriately for the weather. Must be potty-trained.

America Let's Exercise Music Video
The official music video for "America Let's Exercise" by Mark L. Green was recorded at the Auburn Hills Community Center. Green's message in the song is tied to First Lady Michelle Obama's fitness initiative.  Many thanks to the staff, volunteers and campers at the Community Center for their participation.
