Fun, interactive 6-week workshops that help participants improve their health and feel better. PATH is designed to provide the skills and tools needed by people living with ongoing health problems (or caring for people with ongoing health problems) to improve their health and manage their symptoms.

This group provides an opportunity for caregivers to discuss how their lives have been affected as they care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease. Sponsored by Crittenton Home Care.
