Downtown Auburn Hills is as beautiful as it is unique. Located along the scenic Clinton River in Southeast Michigan, our downtown area features brick-paved sidewalks, Riverside Park, and is blanketed by a free Wi-Fi network that can be accessed outdoors.
The charming Downtown is now home to many community events, including Summerfest, Paddlepalooza, Halloween Spooktacular, Summer Concert Music Series, and much more! It also features a variety of businesses and restaurants owned by community-minded business owners.
In 2002, the small downtown area at Auburn and Squirrel was revitalized and the city and Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) have invested over $18 million with streetscape and infrastructure improvements. Since then, business downtown has grown and shows no signs of stopping.
Over the past several years, Downtown Auburn Hills has experienced substantial investment and growth. With new developments such as the MiL, 3250 The Jordan, and Fountain Circle, residents can enjoy the beautiful Knight Amphitheater, the Clinton River Trail and other outdoor amenities at Riverside Park.
