Recreational Equipment Rental - Picnic Kits
Picnic Kits include a variety of equipment including softballs, bats, playground balls, frisbees and more.  Other equipment such as volleyball nets, shuffleboard, horseshoes and others is also available.  Residents no charge, nominal fee for non-resident use.  Click HERE for complete list of available equipment.
Campground Rentals
Did you know you or your group can rent a cabin(s) for overnight camping right here in Auburn Hills?  We have five cabins that sleep six to a cabin, and one that sleeps ten.   Click HERE for details and costs.  
Volunteer Opportunities
If you are interested in volunteering your time to help with an activity or special event, just give us a call or click HERE to download an application.  We also offer a Teen Volunteer Program for students in grades 9-12 designed to offer opportunities to gain valuable working experience and earn community service hours.  Contact Cameron Kniffen, Recreation Coordinator if your are interested.
Park Reservations
The Parks & Recreation Department schedules public use of picnic shelters and other park facilities in Civic Center Park, River Woods Park, Riverside Park, the E. Dale Fisk Hawk Woods Park and Campground, and the Community Center. Call (248) 370-9353 or come to the Community Center to check availability. Reservations must be made in person.

Fitness Opportunity - Subject to change
Residents of Auburn Hills with a Community Center Card can use the Fitness Room at the Community Center FREE OF CHARGE Monday - Saturday, 8AM-8PM. 
You must check-in at the Front Desk and provide your Community Center Card (Non-Residents may purchase a Fitness Pass, inquire for details or click here).  The Fitness Room includes treadmills, ellipticals, a multi-station strength machine, stationary bike and more.  Showers and lockers are available-please bring your own lock.  Children 12 and under are not allowed in the Fitness Room.  13- 17 year olds must be signed up for the Teen Fitness Program to participate.

How to Get a Community Center Card
Community Center Cards are free to residents of Auburn Hills 18 years of age and older. Simply register at the front desk during regular hours of operation. You will need to provide a valid Michigan Drivers License or State issued identification card indicating an Auburn Hills address.

Non-Resident Community Center Card
Non-residents can purchase Community Center Cards. These cards can be utilized to access the Fitness Room and to participate in the Open Gym Programs. The card is good for 12 months after purchase. The rates are: Individual - $250 (ages 13+), Family - $400 (ages 13+ receive cards). Minors 13-17 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
