Principal Residence Exemption Forms
Request to Rescind the Principal Residence Exemption - MUST be filed within 90 days of the date you no longer either own OR occupy the property as your principal residence, whichever comes first.

Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) Affidavit - to be filed on the property that you OWN and OCCUPY by May 1 of the first year the exemption is being claimed.
