About Meals on Wheels
The Meals on Wheels Association of America is the oldest and largest national organization composed of and representing local, community-based Senior Nutrition Programs in all 50 U.S. states, as well as the U.S. Territories. Meals on Wheels provides nutritious noontime meals 7 days a week to homebound seniors.  Many participating homebound seniors are not able to make their own meals due to their age or physical limitations; others are extremely low income or nutritionally deficient.  The Meals on Wheels program is federally funded and relies heavily on donations.

About the Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Auburn Hills Public Library is a nonprofit organization that provides additional financial support to the library in excess of what is provided by the general library budget at the discretion of the Friends Board of Directors.  We also encourage community participation in library activities and hope to provide support for library programs.  The Friends achieve their goals primarily through membership dues, volunteering and fund raising.
