Duva-Rodriquez Arraigned 

Tatiana Duva-Rodriquez, 46 years old from Clarkston, Michigan was arraigned on Reckless Discharge charges at the 52-3rd District Court on October 13, 2015 at 1:30 pm before Magistrate Maria Soma. A plea of no guilty was entered on her behalf. Bond was set at $5,000.00 personal. Attorney Steven Schwartz represented Duva-Rodriquez. Duva-Rodriquez’s next court date is October 26, 2015 at 8:30 am before Judge Julie A. Nicolson. 

Reckless Discharge is a misdemeanor punishable by 90 days in jail and/or a fine.   

On October 6, 2015, at approximately 2:00 pm the Auburn Hills Police Department responded to Home Depot on Joslyn for shots fired.  A 46-year-old female customer from Clarkston, Michigan was in the parking lot as the Home Depot employee was trying to stop the 52 year old, white male as he pushed a cart full of unpaid merchandise out of the store.  The 52 year old, white male got into a dark colored SUV, driven by Anthony Harris and began to flee.  The female customer, a concealed pistol license (CPL) holder, fired shots at the suspect vehicle as it fled flattening a tire on the vehicle.
