Auburn Hills, MI--May 29, 2018--The City of Auburn Hills, a dynamic community committed to innovation and growth, announces an incredible opportunity to win a dream vacation, hosted by the Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA). In an effort to increase foot traffic during construction, the TIFA Board launched a sweepstakes campaign that begins June 1.

This incentive comes during the height of the reconstruction of Auburn Road, a main thoroughfare through downtown Auburn Hills. The project includes upgrades to underground utilities, water service and, when finished, will improve the walkability and aesthetic of downtown.

“Downtown Auburn Hills is experiencing a growth spurt with a new road and four new residential and mixed use projects scheduled for 2018,” said Tax Increment Finance Authority Chairman, Patrick Hassett. “Our businesses have loyal customers and the TIFA Board is confident the sweepstakes will help maintain current customer support and encourage new visitors to downtown.”

Visitors to downtown Auburn Hills, located at the intersection of Auburn and Squirrel Roads, from June 1 – August 31, can enter once per day for free at any participating downtown merchant. Look for the Dream Vacation Sweepstakes logo on the entrances of businesses, where you can view official sweepstakes rules and enter to win.
