Oakland County Homeland Security announces a partnership with the National Weather Service that will bring FREE Winter Spotter training session.

The session will discuss the following topics:

• A review of the 2018-19 winter season
• A look at winter weather climatology
• An examination of winter weather meteorology
• A review of NWS winter forecast products
• A review of guidelines and reporting procedures for winter weather spotters
